Commander’s Intent

Success is achieved when 186th Air Refueling Wing members are organized, trained and equipped to carry out national and state missions.  Every Airman will understand his role and demonstrate Air Force Core Values to execute or support 186th Air Refueling Wing mission sets.  Air Refueling is paramount!  The Wing will constantly assess focus areas to determine readiness and compliance.  Every effort will be taken to balance mission, training and Airmen needs in support of changing demands.  Equal opportunity will be provided to all members.
