ESGR Boss Lift
Employers and business leaders from Mississippi pose for a group photo after departing a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft from the 186th Air Refueling Wing as they participate in a Boss Lift at the Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, Miss. July 15-17, 2015. The 186th Air Refueling Wing and Mississippi Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) hosted the Boss Lift to provide employers an opportunity to see first-hand what citizen-Airmen experience while away from work to attend military training or activated for a federal or state mission.
