Ten Years After Tankers Return, Key Field is Thriving

Members of the 186th Maintenance Group marshal a KC-135 Stratotanker for a hot-pit refuel in September 2023. Since the tankers have returned 10 years ago, Key Field has not only survived Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) but has postured itself to receive the new Air Force tanker, the KC-46 Pegasus.
